For the second time, Lidl has won the leading European award "Retailer of the Year Europe 2019 - 2020", standing out as the favourite supermarket chain for European consumers.
This is a distinction of particular importance as it was evaluated by some 850,000 consumers in various European countries and the key areas of evaluation were price level and special offers, quality of products and configuration of product range, specialisation, reliability, friendliness towards customers, service etc.
Lidl was distinguished in the framework of 1,500,000 evaluations.
This prestigious award rewards Lidl's commitment to delivering high quality products at the lowest prices for yet another year, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
