Lidl Cyprus wins 22 awards at the Cyprus Responsible Business Awards & Cyprus Customer Excellence Awards 2024
The company confirms its commitment to responsible entrepreneurship and excellence in customer experience, receiving a total of 22 distinctions from two leading institutions.

Lidl Cyprus was awarded 22 prizes at the Cyprus Responsible Business Awards 2024 and Cyprus Customer Excellence Awards 2024, confirming its steady progress as a model of responsible business, social contribution and customer-centric strategy.
In detail, the company was awarded:
- 2 Gold awards for the Food Academy for Children Programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sports & Youth in the categories "Business - Local Community / State Partnership" and "Education / Scholarships".
- 1 Gold Award for the "Choose Me Bag" initiative in the "Zero Waste" category.
- 1 Gold award for the automated ordering system (warehouse & stores) in the category "Supply Chain".
- 1 Gold award for the "Concerts of Love" to support the valuable work of the Cyprus Cancer Society in the category "Corporate Responsibility Event / Charity Event / Fundraising".
- 1 Gold Award for the innovative health and wellness weekend Lidl Wellness Camp in the category "Good Health & Wellbeing".
- 1 Silver award for the children's rights advocacy programme in collaboration with Hope For Children in the category "Business - NGO Collaboration".
- 1 Silver award for the effective energy management strategy in the category "Energy Management".
- 1 Silver award for the Educational Environmental Programme "mind REset" in cooperation with Junior Achievement Cyprus in the category "Society".
- 1 Silver award for the Socioeconomic Impact Report 2023 in the category "Electronic and/or printed publication / Corporate Responsibility Report".
- 1 Silver award for the easyPLU product code learning platform in the category "Digital Education and Skills".
- 1 Silver award for Best Use of Customer Feedback & Insights in the category "Best Use of Customer Feedback & Insights".
- 3 Bronze awards for #teamLidl's participation in Cyprus Pride in the categories "Diversity, Inclusion, Equal Opportunities", "Communication Program for business promotion" and "Gender Equality".
- 1 Bronze Award for the Educational Environmental Programme "mind REset" in collaboration with Junior Achievement Cyprus in the category "Business - NGO Cooperation".
- 1 Bronze Award for the "Lidl Cyprus Green Investments" in the category "Long-term investment (More than 2 years)".
- 1 Bronze award for the new parenting benefits for #teamLidl in the category "Gender Equality".

- 1 Bronze award for the Business Partner Code of Conduct in the category "Corporate Governance System".
