LIDL PRESENTED A CLASS FOR MOTHERS WITH LUPILU BABY CARE PRODUCTS AND RECIPES FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AND MOTHERS OF NEWBORNS AND BABIES TO AGE 2.

Lidl Cyprus, always ready to support new families, held one more seminar at the Lidl Food Academy on Saturday, 23 March. This time, the lucky families learned from systemic family psychotherapist Myria Lazarou that, “From a basic function of survival, food becomes a key pre-condition for building relationships”. The speaker explained Lidl's philosophy that preparing food as a family builds strong bonds and relations of security and love.

Following, Academy chef Konstantinos Petevinos and Dr Anna Maria Koni presented to those attending smart recipes and methods for including delicious and nutritious foods in their daily routine, along with giving them tips on how to introduce the whole family to a proper, nutritious diet.

Lastly, lactation consultant Maria Leonidou offered the new mothers advice on how to care for their infants and insight into the secrets of breastfeeding. She provided information on Lupilu organic food and baby-care products, such as nappies, creams, cleaning products and children's clothing made from 100% organic cotton.

The parents attending the seminar learned more about Lidl’s philosophy and about the extensive range of Lupilu organic products. They received helpful information on issues concerning motherhood, they discussed their questions and learned more about caring and feeding their baby. They were also able to sample tasty and healthy snacks and refreshing drinks while meeting other mothers and sharing experiences and concerns during a constructive morning at the Lidl Food Academy.
