During the pandemic Lidl Cyprus gives a monetary bonus of a total of 600,000 euros to its employees

The Lidl Cyprus Management decided to grant a cash bonus of 200,000 euros that will be distributed to its employees, shortly before the end of the company's fiscal year, in February 2021. This third emergency aid, is a continuation of the extraordinary bonuses of a total of 400,000 euros that were issued in March 2020 and June 2020, during the first wave of the pandemic, and is a minimum effort to recognize the efforts of all employees, and especially those on the front line, within stores and in the supply centre.

Thus, the total 12 month monetary bonus for the current fiscal year now reaches €600,000, while the amounts are distributed to all employees, regardless of their rank. And this in addition to the above average salary in market that the company already provides to its employees.
